1. Cancellation of Booking

  • You have 2 days to cancel the booking from the date you have booked the appointment.
  • If you missed the consultation date or time, cannot claim for the cancellation of booking.
  • To complete the cancellation of booking, we require a receipt or proof of booking an appointment at our website.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 15 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, first check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. Refund to customers in case of cancellation of appointment by Doctors

  • If doctor before the consultation of during the consultation decides to cancel the appointment, in that situation we refund the customer’s booking amount, as per rules.
